Mooncake Tray Indicative Form

This form allows mooncake companies to give us your estimated usage and maybe/possible interest to use mooncake trays during mid-autumn in August. This is not a confirmation to order or purchase order. Any submissions are non-obligatory. Once our stocks are in, we will contact those who filled up our form if you would like to raise formal PO to us. Your formal PO will be considered order, not this form. Payment on day on delivery or for orders above $1000, we will give a 30 days credit term with ACRA submission.

After filling this form, if you are keen to take our items, you will first receive our sample for approval, then send your PO to [email protected]. Our sales representative contacts you when stocks are available, you may let him know if you are not keen. Nonetheless, we will be having stocks ready for your needs in future. Thank you.
