iGreen has the right to protect our proprietary designs, first mover advantage in innovation to ensure further innovation in the areas of compostable, biodegradable, and sustainable for you. The rights to be the sole seller of our designs, without similar imitations, last for 20 years from the date of registration.

All designs sold and recommended by iGreen.SG company have a document from Intellectual Property of Singapore. For proof, please email to us. Any infringement to our designs more than a 60% similarity will have action taken unfortunately, for both customer and supplier of pirated, illegal, copycat designs of iGreen.

The U.S. government governs corporate espionage by the Economic Espionage Act of 1996. The law codified what a trade secret was and made stealing commercial secrets a federal crime. Penalties for corporate espionage can result in prison time and millions of dollars in damages.
